Children's Mental Health week

We're so proud to have been involved in a story aired on ITV NEWS this week.

To kick off Children’s Mental Health Week from the 1st February, we've partnered up with London charity Supporting Humanity to tackle mental health.
Check out the incredible work Supporting Humanity do, or donate here.

With mental health on the rise, effected increasingly by the coronavirus pandemic, it's hard for children to remain active, motivated and engaged. Supporting Humanity has come up with a novel idea to help young people and children to learn a new skill, whilst addressing issues they may have yet not know how to deal with.

Skipping is one of the very few sports that people can do solo and gain huge benefits physically and mentally - something Rushie has always been keen to support and encourage. Click here to watch the full story.

The campaign runs all through February - get involved!
