Welcome to the Rush Athletics Academy, an exclusive training school led by Rushie S, designed to teach you how to jump rope the Rush Athletics way. These courses are an original creation by Rushie based on his years of experience.
Select from the courses below or if you wish, take each in turn. We have a program for every skill level, but if you are unsure which is best for you, please see individual details, FAQ’s or get in touch. Everyone who participates in an Academy Course will be awarded a personal Rush Athletics Academy Certificate on completion.
RA ACADEMY
ACADEMY ONLINE
Learn to jump rope with Rushie in your own time, via pre-recorded videos and tutorials.
ACADEMY CLASSES
Book Rushie to host a small group workshop, at your gym/school/workout space. These intense courses will teach you all aspects of skipping, the RA way. Please email us on info@rushathletics.co.uk for more details.
RA 1:1 (VIDEO CALL)
Book an online one to one video-call (via Zoom app) with Rushie, including a free 10 minute consultation to help tailor your session.
RA 1:1 (IN PERSON)
Book an intensive one-to-one with Rushie himself at a designated space in the South London area. If you would like Rushie to travel to you, please email us on info@rushathletics.co.uk before booking.
