IGNITE

Engineered for a versatile and intense workout, the IGNITE set includes three different heavy-weight cables, allowing you to tailor your workout whilst building power and endurance. IGNITE features RA-designed handles, engineered to be lightweight, ergonomic and durable finished by a hand-stitched PU leather grip to enhance handling and comfort. Unlike most interchangeable ropes on the market, IGNITE allows you to adjust and resize your rope to your needs. Its durable PVC coated cables can be interchanged easily using the quick release system. With no thought spared, the IGNITE rope comes in a unique carry-case, allowing you to transport your ropes tangle and mess free.

ROPE CARE

Caring for your rope is key. Our ropes are not intended for use on hard flooring such as wood/concrete/tiled/decked surfaces. To maximise the life and performance of your rope, train on smooth rubber matting or gym flooring. Hanging your rope in between use helps to maintain its shape. We advise you not to expose your rope to very cold temperatures or extreme heat. To avoid danger, always keep packaging and ropes away from babies and children.

RESIZING

All of our ropes are adjustable and can be sized to suit you. Each is slightly different, but in general, when sized correctly, your rope should clip the floor very lightly when in use. As a guide, handles should approximately reach armpit level. You can resize your MONEY and LEGACY ropes using the adjustment mechanisms, by cutting or by knotting the rope. Your ICON and IGNITE ropes can be adjusted by cutting to size. Be careful not to overcut your rope!
