FLY POD FITTING

Get advice on the best suited rope & rope length for you in a professional fitting with Rushie in the FLY POD. The FLY POD is the first purpose built skipping facility in the world, fitted out with a floor to ceiling mirror, branded mat flooring, adaptive lighting & of course, the full range of RA jump ropes to try. 

This session lasts 30 minutes.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to demand & scheduling, we are unable to alter or refund bookings. In extreme or mitigating circumstances, if you cannot make your booking, we will do our best to reschedule, however if this is within a two week window leading up to your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund.

You will need to be able to make your way to & from FLY CITY at RUSH ATHLETICS LTD | ANCHOR BUSINESS PARK UNIT 4 | 102 BEDDINGTON LANE LONDON | CR0 4YX. Please check transport links & routes prior to booking. We have limited parking available on site. 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session. We'll ask you to fill out a form on arrival regarding emergency contacts & any health concerns. If you are running late, unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate or increase your time slot.

Please wear comfortable trainers / workout clothing to your session if you are planning to skip! 

Due to health & safety, our bookings are not suitable for those with mobility or serious health issues.
