We understand that an item may be unsuitable from time to time so you're welcome to return your item back to us.
Orders made from outside of the UK are liable for the cost of returning the item. We recommend returning your order via your local postal service using a tracked service. Please keep all proof of postage receipts, in case your order is lost in transit.
If your order was made from the UK, please contact us at email@example.com to receive your free returns label to post your items back to us. Please quote your order number in the email along with the reason for your return.
Please remember to mark your package as 'returned goods'.
The parcel is the sender’s responsibility until Rush Athletics has acknowledged that the package has been received into our HQ.
If you haven't got a returns form already, you can download one here. If your return is received back without a returns form, the items received back will be refunded.
Once we've received your return back in our HQ and it has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming what action has been taken.
