RETURNS FOR ELECTRONIC ITEMS
For reasons of hygiene you will not have any right to return an order for headphones, earphones, massagers or rollers once you have opened the packaging and/or used them.
If you have purchased a product as an individual consumer (not a business or an organisation), you may return your purchase at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the product. If you choose to do this you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy (set out below).
To return your purchase, you must inform us by email within the 14 working days timeframe, whereupon we will provide you with further instructions. You must return the products to us immediately at your own cost and risk. Before returning products to us, you must keep them in your possession and must take reasonable care of them.
When you return goods to us (either because they are faulty or because you wish to return your purchase within the 14 working day timeframe), we will examine the returned products and will notify you to confirm whether or not you are entitled to a refund. We will notify you by email and within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In any case, we will process the refund within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective products. All defective products are subject to testing prior to repair or exchange.
If your item is being returned for a refund your payment will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your product back.
Warranty: At the point of purchase, 12 months standard warranty will be applied to electrical products. The warranty will only cover any technical faults / defects of the product. We will not be able to replace / repair products which have been accidentally damaged. You should email us beforehand indicating your order number and issues surrounding the product along with as much information as possible. We will then advise on the next steps. The product will be inspected on return before a decision is made about the entitlement of the warranty. For any queries or doubts, please email us to check. Where we can’t offer a replacment, you will be given a full refund.
